Dry, cracked feet?

With the cold, dry winter weather, dry and cracking feet are very common! There are some steps you can take at home to keep your feet healthy and smooth.

When showering, make sure to use warm water instead of hot, because hotter water makes skin drier.

Before bed, put moisturizer on your feet and put socks on directly after to trap in the moisture.

If you soak your feet, use skin-sensitive soaps and make sure to be careful if removing dry, excess skin.
